Port Browning is requiring a final head count for our food order by July 8th.
Remember to play in the Bocce Ball tournament please register with Jason Sloan by email or phone.
This year the SYC Luau will again be taking place at the Port Browning Marina on North Pender Island, BC. Here is a quick over view of what to expect if you are planning to attend.

- Team selections
- Bocce Ball Tournament
- Luau Diner - All the food for the diner is being provided by the restaurant at the Port Browning Marina. This is why the correct head count must be in by July 8th.
- Raffles
- 50/50 Drawing
- And lots more.
- A more detailed Luau agenda will be sent out as we get closer to this event.
We will need a few volunteers to help with setting up the Bocce Ball courts, decorating the Bistro, and grilling some of the diner items. If you are interested in helping or leading one of these committees. Please let Jason Sloan know by emailing, calling or texting the following as soon as possible!

- It will not be assumed that just because you registered to attend, you would like to be on a Bocce Ball team. We need to know in advance that you would like to play for game organization reasons.
The SYC Luau weekend is an action packed fun filled weekend you should all try to attend. This is a great event for inviting friends and family to attend as well. Everyone is welcome to play in the Bocce Ball tournament and have a great time. If you are planning to attend but have not fully committed please register anyway, this will help ensure enough food is ordered for everyone.
