Heavy Appies Hosted by Pat and Bob Simpson
5:30 PM
Location ashore look for SYC banners and or tents.
Bring an appetizer to share, your own beverage of choice,
dishes, utensils and napkins.
Pat and Bob would love a few helping hands with set up.

The Bocce Ball teams will be set, and the first round brackets will be filled in as well.
July 18
Breakfast
On your own
Please be prepared to provide your own breakfast provisions
Bocce Ball Tournament
9:00 AM
Start of double elimination Bocce Ball tournament.
Please wear your SYC Anniversary T-Shirts if you have one.
Lunch and Tournament break.
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Lunch will be on your own and the tournament will break restarting game play at
2:00 PM for remaining teams.
The Pub is a great place to plan on having lunch on this day
Luau Dinner
4:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Put on your best Hawaiian attire and gather at the Outdoor Kitchen and Bistro for social hour 4:30 - 5:30 PM.
The grill will be started during this time with dinner service at 5:30 PM
All dishes and utensils will be provided.
The Bistro bar will be staffed for all beverages.
Please be aware there is a $18.00 (CAD) corkage fee if you choose to bring your own beverages.

We are still looking for a few voulenteers to help decorate the Bistro for dinner.
Be ready to participate in raffle ticket drawings for gift baskets and a 50/50 cash drawing.
During social hour each person attending will be given 1 ticket for a chance to win some great prizes. You can up your chances during dinner by purchasing additional tickets for $1.00 each.
50/50 tickets will be available for $5.00 each or 5 tickets for $20.00
Please bring USD for all raffle ticket purchases
Winners will be announced near the end of dinner.
2026 SYC Bocce Ball Championship Round.
7:30 PM
We will start the final round of Bocce Ball game play to decide which team will claim the 2026 title.
July 19
Departure
Depart for Extended Cruise #2 or other destinations at your own leisure.
The next and final Luau email will include suggested items to bring, and more details about the Port Browning Marina
and nearby village.
